1) What is your background?

I competed in my first ocr race on April 2014, completing the Spartan super in Las Vegas, NV. In my short ocr career, I’ve managed to placed top 20 on all my races and recently placed 5th. Prior to becoming an ocr racer, I ran cross country and track in high school and college.

2) Why do you use Oral IV?

Oral IV has given me the extra edge I needed to stay hydrated during my long workouts and races!

3) How do you prepare and how do you use Oral IV to help?

Before every long work out I take one vial of Oral IV with water which results in zero cramps and less fatigue.

4) What is your favorite WOD?

Farleck workout wearing 20 lbs weight vest 5x6min running followed by 10 burpees and 10 lunges

5) Favorite and least favorite exercise?

Favorite exercise: rope climb practice Least exercise: power cleans
6) Most memorable event/competition/race?

Temecula Beast September 2014: 10 miles into the race I was in 4th place and getting closer to my goal of placing in the top 3 when the unthinkable happened. I failed back-to-back obstacles shattering my hopes of finishing in the top 3. I took this experience very positively and it motivated me to train harder and learn from my weaknesses!

7) Advice for newbies to Oral IV?

Oral IV will keep you hydrated in minutes! There will be no need to drink water or other liquids for a long period resulting in a better finishing time, a total game changer!
