Obstacle Course Racing - Get hydrated and get in the mud

Spartan Race SoCal 2014[/caption] Obstacle races are growing faster every day.  What do you think of this rapidly expanding, and physically challenging sport?  With a couple big names battling it out the most dominant events seem to be Spartan Race followed by, Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash and now BattleFrog.  OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) has begun to take over as the sport of choice for the athletes who love outdoors, competition and pushing their bodies past known limits.  OCR is easily one of the most demanding and taxing sports on the planet.  The sport is growing at a rapid pace and becoming the calling for weekend warriors and even couch potatoes.   [caption id="attachment_897" align="alignright" width="300"]
